dsh-sensitive-replace：按屏蔽表在出网前替换敏感字符，规避 DeepSeek 官方 API 400

dsh-sensitive-replace（Short-Arm-Ape，v0.7.0）是 DSH 模型推理类插件：按用户维护的 sensitive-blocklist.yaml，在 agent/pre-step、tools/post-execute 与 llm/stream 三处替换敏感字符，规避 DeepSeek 官方 Content Exists Risk 400；支持屏蔽表热重载、出网前整请求清洗、400 加硬清洗与同会话重试。安装：dsh plugin --profile web add dsh-sensitive-replace。替换单向不可逆，部署前需审源码与权限。
